Before connecting
Customer connections are not open self-service. Start with a demo or a pilot enquiry. For an eventual approved pilot, agree repository scope, permissions, data handling and conditions before an authorized administrator installs the GitHub App.

Use GitHub's installation settings to select only the repositories in scope. The integration supports private repositories. Check your organization's installation policy and confirm that the person authorizing access has the necessary GitHub permissions.
Read the permission boundary
The GitHub App requires Metadata read, Contents read/write and Pull requests read/write. Contents write enables a dedicated fix branch; Pull requests write enables the review proposal.
- The remote worker's installation token is read-only and short-lived.
- The Control Plane validates the returned change and uses a separately scoped write token for publication.
- The integration does not need Administration, Actions, Issues, organization or repository-secret permissions.
Stop future access
In GitHub, open the installed GitHub App settings and change the selected repositories, suspend the installation or uninstall it. Already stored findings and reports are separate from access revocation. Request deletion through contact@neolyt.fr and agree its scope.
